By accessing or using ForgeSpacer, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full on behalf of yourself or your organization.

ForgeSpacer is an AI-powered SaaS product planning workspace that enables software product managers, designers, and engineers to collaborate, generate product requirement documents (PRDs), write user stories, plan sprints, and export specifications to third-party tools.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify ForgeSpacer of any unauthorized use or security breach of your workspace.
• Accounts registered by automated "bots" or unauthorized scripts are not permitted.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Specifically, you must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying AI models of ForgeSpacer.
• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or malicious content.
• Interfere with or disrupt system performance, security controls, or API rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the platform without prior written authorization.

ForgeSpacer IP: ForgeSpacer retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, brand assets, UI designs, codebases, and proprietary algorithms.

Customer Ownership: You retain full ownership of all prompts, inputs, documents, PRDs, and software plans created within your workspace. ForgeSpacer claims no ownership over your product specs or business concepts.

ForgeSpacer incorporates artificial intelligence models to assist in drafting product planning documents. You acknowledge that AI output is generated probabilistically and should be reviewed, verified, and validated by human product managers before implementation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you own the AI outputs generated based on your inputs within your workspace.

• Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Taxes: Subscriptions may be subject to applicable sales tax, VAT, or local taxes depending on your location.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law or at our sole discretion.

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or fail to settle subscription fees after notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForgeSpacer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material modifications via email or in-app notices. Your continued use of ForgeSpacer after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
